The Aasee in Münster is a popular destination for excursions at any time of the year. Since the redesign of the premises on the eastern shore of the lake from 2007, the restaurant changed hands once, but the engineered wood flooring remained. Chic wooden flooring has always adorned the local gastronomy and lends the room a warm, cosy character. The stress caused by the numerous visitors hardly did any damage to the floor. When the restaurant changed hands, the floor was sanded down and since then it has shone in new splendour.
