Our values

We have developed a compass of values that guides us in all our decisions. It determines Parador's actions and gives reliability to what we do. This applies to our company and our products – from inspiration and design through to the materials used.

Many people love and feel the inspiration found in products. That is why we invest a lot of energy in creating new possibilities and implementing convincing products. Stimulating developments in architecture and living design repeatedly inspire us to come up with new ideas. Cooperation with outstanding personalities on the international design scene also contributes to the design variety of Parador flooring, which puts people and their ideas at the centre of attention.

Without our uncompromising manufacturing perfection, Parador's claim to creative leadership could not be realised. Products from Parador are characterised by a functional composition and intelligent technology for healthy living. Attention to detail, willingness to develop and inventiveness accompany their production. As a result, products made of high-quality and recyclable materials are created that delight demanding customers.

Performance is a permanent feature of our life. Day after day, performance is demanded from us. Those who perform every day need solid ground under their feet.

Sustainability

For us at Parador, living with high standards goes hand in hand with the responsibility of preserving nature for future generations – and at the same time bringing the environment, social issues and the economy into perfect balance. At Parador, sustainability is firmly anchored in the corporate culture and shapes daily events at the Coesfeld and Güssing sites.

Preventing emissions and returning recyclable materials into the production cycle, predominantly short transport routes and the use of recyclable materials characterise the company's production. No less important is the social responsibility for sustainability, which Parador has anchored as an integral part of its corporate culture and demonstrably implements this as part of its EMAS certification.

Tested raw materials

At Parador, only tested raw materials are used for the manufacture of healthy living products. While the use of local timbers in the production of engineered wood flooring guarantees short distances, the base material of our other floorings and panels is made entirely of recyclable materials.

Long life cycle

Once installed, all Parador products are characterised by a long life cycle due to their stable structure and durability. Wherever possible, we use materials that can be easily recycled for energy and materials. Engineered wood flooring in particular is a CO2 reservoir, which has a positive effect on the climate and demonstrably reduces the greenhouse effect.

Certified safety

As a brand manufacturer, Parador is comprehensively and continuously certified by independent institutions. Production processes, materials, resource and environmental management, as well as product quality, meet the high corporate values of a brand with responsibility, in addition to the legal requirements. Our quality requirement for engineered wood flooring goes beyond legal requirements, which is proved by the various certifications.
